  1.  If you have frequently used words for entering in Things or Topics, you
  2.  may set up keyboard macros from Options/Macros.
  3.  
  4. Choose Options/Macros. You will be assigning a word(s) of up to 20
  5. characters to be associated with Alt-letter combinations. For
  6. example, you could choose C from the listbox, then type in Company.
  7. And OK. Then from the main data entry Window, on either the long
  8. "things" edit box, or the short "topic" editbox, if you type
  9. Cntrl-C (the control key held down and press C) the word "Company"
  10. will be automatically entered. There is one list for all files.
